The Central Development Working Party (CDWP) approved 17 social sector development projects worth Rs 33 billion . Moreover, nine projects of Rs 867 billion worth were recommended to the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) for further consideration.

- Lahore-Sahiwal-Bahawalnagar Motorway: Rs 435,720.821 million (recommended)
- Higher Education: Rs 4,888.960 million
- Mass Media: Rs 4,828.902 million
- Qaidi Azam Health Tower: Rs 15,000 million (recommended)
- Economic Projects: Rs 4,054.279 million
- Water Resources: Rs 117,225.916 million (recommended)
Additional Recommendations:
The 17 projects recommended to ECNEC aim to improve Pakistan’s infrastructure, economic growth, and social development across various sectors including agriculture, transport, higher education, mass media, healthcare, and water resources.
