UNICEF Committed to Provide $20 Million for Youth Empowerment Projects

UNICEF commits to allocate $20 million to Pakistan for its Generation Unlimited (GenU) plan, which aims to improve youth education, skills, and job opportunities.

GenU is a global partnership that helps young people get the skills they need to succeed in life and work.

The agreement was signed at the Prime Minister’s House. Rana Mashood Ahmed Khan from the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, along with UNICEF officials Larissa Bruun and Mome Saleem attended the ceremony.

The $20 million will fund various programs under the GenU plan, with a focus on empowering young people, especially young women.
