‘Safe City’ is a new positive initiative in Karachi. Sindh Home Minister Zia ul Hassan Lanjar has announced this initiative to enhance safety and control crime in Karachi,
The project, with an investment exceeding PKR 3 billion, will be implemented in two phases. Minister Lanjar stated that the first phase, focused on significantly reducing crime and eradicating criminal activities in Karachi, is expected to be completed within 12 months.
After the successful completion of the initial phase, the project will expand to include other cities across Sindh in the second phase.
Minister Lanjar praised the dedication and performance of sindh police in maintaining public safety.
Overall, this is a very good initiative for the safety and security of Karachi residents.
